I measure the 4 major kinds of EMF throughout the house or apartment

1. AC Magnetic (sources include: power lines, transformers, wiring errors, current on metal water pipes, refrigerators) This is the kind you've always heard of, that's been around for almost 100 years.

2. AC Electric (sources include: lamps, house wiring, power lines) This has also been around a long time, but is less well known

3. Radiofrequency (sources include: smart meters, wifi, cell phone towers, radar, cordless phones) (this type of EMF travels through the air). This type has been increasing exponentially in recent years.

4. Dirty Electricity (sources include: compact fluorescent lights, dimmer switches, energy efficient appliances) (this type of EMF travels through the wires of the house) This type has also increased a lot recently.

I also test wiring, grounding, current and lighting.

I focus on creating low EMF bedrooms. I can also help create lower EMF home offices and play areas. In addition, I can check any other devices you own: cell phones, tablets, cordless phones, gaming systems, sauna, CPAP machine, cars, sewing machine, home theater, whole house sound system, workout equipment, etc

I have completed 160 credit hours (IBE 211, IBE 212, IBE 213 and IBE 312) from the Institute of Building Biology in Santa Fe, NM. The institute is a registered CEU provider and offers the only accredited EMF training program in the United States.

I also have a bachelor's degree in Molecular Biophysics and Biochemistry from Yale University.

I have availability both during the week and weekend; daytime and evenings, but the appointment would need to start a couple of hours before the sun sets since the power does need to be shut off for a short period of time (not long enough to affect anything in the freezer)

For pre-purchase, I can often do same day or next day.

The main electric panel needs to be accessible (it can't be locked).
