⚖️ A judge issued two major rulings in the criminal case of former Freehold Boro teacher Allison Havemann-Niedrach, accused of multiple s*x crimes against one of her students.

Judge Jill Grace O’Malley ruled that the victim’s mother’s testimony is admissible under New Jersey’s “fresh complaint” doctrine — but also suppressed statements the defendant made to police, finding her rights weren’t properly read.

Both sides listened closely as the judge explained her reasoning before heading into chambers for a private conference.

Havemann-Niedrach will have a virtual hearing with the judge again this week.

💔 As his family prepares for his funeral, loved ones spoke with Jersey Shore Online remembering 17-year-old Gabriel “Gabe” Saldana of Stafford — a kind, hardworking Southern Regional High School senior whose smile and strength touched everyone.

Gabe tragically died in a Route 72 crash after attending a concert. His family says his laughter, music, and love will live on forever. 💐

Memorial visitation: Oct. 12, 1-5 p.m., Maxwell-Tobie Funeral Home, Manahawkin.
Mass: Oct. 13, 11 a.m., St. Mary of the Pines Church.
