⚖️ A Utah man is accused of pretending to be a lawyer in Ocean County and taking $10,000 from a local resident for legal services he wasn’t authorized to perform. Prosecutors say the man had been disbarred in New Jersey since 2022. He’s now in custody at the Ocean County Jail.

Think bulk pick-up days disappeared? Not quite — they just got better! Mayor John Bacchione reminded residents that you can now schedule a bulk pick-up any day by calling Public Works at 732-349-4616. Your collection will take place the day after your next trash pick-up.

🚫 Don’t put items out early! Accepted items include wrapped mattresses, furniture, and non-treated lumber. Items like construction material, treated wood, and fencing are not accepted.

If you can’t reach Public Works, call the Mayor’s Office at 732-244-7400.
