🚨 FBI agents and U.S. Marshals tracked down and arrested 51-year-old Keith Michael Lisa right here in Barnegat — even though he has no known ties to Ocean County. Lisa had been the subject of a nationwide alert and a $25,000 reward after authorities say he forced his way into a federal building in Newark, damaged property, and sought out the office of U.S. Attorney Alina Habba. https://www.jerseyshoreonline.com/southern-ocean/federal-manhunt-ends-in-ocean-county-as-agents-capture-suspect/

🔥 A local author is turning up the heat with his newest novel!

Howell’s own E.B. Rogers has released “Look In The Mirror,” a gripping story set inside a 1960s small-town firehouse — but the real fire is the one burning inside its conflicted main character.

Follow firefighter John Murphy, a man desperate for respect and rank… but struggling with the moral character needed to earn either. As election night drama collides with a mysterious boarding house fire, readers are left wondering: Can Murphy finally change, or will he fall back into old habits?

Rogers, a U.S. Air Force veteran and longtime firefighter, brings authenticity, heart, and raw honesty to every page.
