🚨 Keansburg Man Charged With Murder in Death of Seaside Heights Woman

A 41-year-old Keansburg man is now charged with murder after a Seaside Heights woman was found with severe head injuries and later died at Community Medical Center in Toms River.

The suspect, Emiliano Davila, was initially charged with aggravated assault β€” but the charges were upgraded after O’Connor’s death was ruled a homicide.

🚨 Howell Man Pleads Guilty in Manchester UTV Crash That Killed Passenger 🚨

Nearly five years after a tragic off-road crash at the Heritage Minerals Mine in Manchester, Stephen McGuire, 48, of Howell, has admitted guilt in the death of his passenger, 62-year-old James Grover.

Prosecutors say McGuire’s blood alcohol level was .127, well above the legal limit, when the UTV plunged into a lake and overturned, killing Grover and endangering three minors on board.

Sentencing is set for January.
