When I launched Like It Marketing, I promised myself one thing — I wouldn’t build it on burnout.

Everyone told me I should be “available” 8 to 5, Monday through Friday. But I didn’t start a business to replicate the same rigidity I left behind.

My office hours are 10–4. I have a separate business line. And I turn off my phone at night.

Not because I don’t care — but because I care deeply. About my work, my clients, and my sanity.

These boundaries are what keep me creative, kind, and consistent.
They make room for the version of me that actually loves what she does.

I became a mom at the very end of 2024 and 2025 has been my first full year learning how to do both: raise a baby and run a business.

There were sleepless nights, endless coffee refills, and moments I wasn’t sure how it would all come together. But it did — through faith, flexibility, and a lot of love for what I do.

Here’s to the growth, the grace, and every ounce of balance found along the way.
