My beautiful friends and family, good morning (early afternoon), happy Monday, and GOD BLESS YOU ALL!!

Two things here 😃

First: God has given us such a beautiful day today—we are privileged to be alive, with breath in our lungs, and that means we have PURPOSE! Friends, if you do not know your purpose, you are not close enough with Christ. If you draw near to Him, He will draw near to you, and give you the direction you so deeply desire. If ANY of you needs prayer, please feel free to let me know here, or send me a PM. I will pray eagerly, fervently, and in FAITH for you—don’t hesitate to reach out, God is a mover of MOUNTAINS!!!

Second: now this question is random, but are any of you — my beloved brothers and sisters, you amazing followers (!) — are any of you trying to build your page (like I) and how can I help you??? If anyone here has a page they want me to follow, it would be my honor, so do not hesitate to ask. Let’s all come together and help each other, friends; I would be happy to support you!

I love you all, and I truly and deeply hope you all have an incredible day and week. If I ever let any of you down in any way, I truly apologize; that is never my intention! Unfortunately, things fall through the cracks, but my heart is ALWAYS for unity and joy, service and peace. Please forgive me if I have let you down in any way! This is inevitable, as a fallen, sinful human, but it breaks my heart to disappoint my friends.

From here, may we walk intentionally, with joy and humility; may we seek to build up one another, and not tear anyone down—no matter how much we feel they deserve it (in how many ways do we deserve it more?). May we walk this day with Love, as Jesus has taught us, shining light into a very dark world.

Let’s shine that Light together, folks. I got ya’ back—I mean it, I’ll do my best.

I couldn't be more proud of this kid! First time EVER solo-casting a spinning reel; he casted it, worked it, set the hook, worked it, and did it ALL himself on the ultralight!!! I just can't believe how well he did. Praise the Lord! Show him some love here and I'll pass it on, my friends! 😃

It has been a fun, busy little afternoon! Me and my protégé, my awesome son Wyatt, went out for a few errands today. We first went to the post office, because I had to ship three different packages in three different directions all around the United States – super cool! It is so cool also, how we can share the love internationally because we are all so connected. I have great friends all around the world… So awesome.

Then, of course, we went to Walmart because we were looking for some worms, which they did not have, but we met some new awesome friends – hi Brett and Emma if you are here! But since we did not find worms there, we decided to go over to Petco , where we did have a lot of fun and play around, but also found huge nightcrawlers and both packs were half off. Meant to be!

Also, the rods and reels that you see inside there with me are for a couple of kids that we met a couple weeks ago at Walmart. They are the ones who came up and took a photo with me, and that was just super cool and humbling. I am waiting for somebody to contact me back, because they are going to be getting some brand new gear and it’s going to make them super happy! But for now, I will keep it to the side for the right time. 

Lastly, we have the privilege tonight of going fishing with the chief battalion officer of the fire department and his three sons. His name is Matt, and when I met him, it was like meeting a long lost brother. It is so cool to have such awesome friends, so please pray for us that we catch some good fisKingdom Catchd make some incredible memories! We will only have about two hours, but it’s a good chance for me to try to give  back, and for us to get to know each other.

OK, you guys, have a wonderful rest of your Saturday and Sunday, and remember that I love you! If anybody needs prayer, or just wants to talk about something, hit me up. I may be kind of slow sometimes, but I truly mean well, lol.

Now THIS is what I’m talking about, friends! How awesome is it that God brings a bunch of different parties together, and they all work in perfect unison, to make sure our young people are blessed, and that they enjoy experiences they will remember for the rest of their lives. This is awesome. Join us in praying for these kiddos as they all go out fishing on this coming day! My prayer is that they will see the Lordship, reality, and goodness of Jesus Christ, and that they would make memories that reach them in their deepest places, ones which they cherish forever.

In the mighty name of Jesus!

The chungus with the fungus among us!

Check out this guy I caught before work today. It happened on my second cast again with the Ultralight, and I had a wicked fight to keep him up over the grass, even though he wasn’t very big. But what is going on with him???

He smelled terrible – I’m sure he didn’t think I smelled very great either though– but he seems strong. Anyone know what this is?

So stoked for this! HUGE shoutout to Mr. Dave Dunbar at Hofmann's Lures, Inc. for this incredible care package! There are some extremely unique, beautiful lures in the box and I am so excited to use them! The spoons look unbelievable and the spinners look precise. There will definitely be some videos coming out soon with these items in there! Thank you so much, Dave, and thank you Hoffman!!!!

Edit: it should be noted that I also received a typed letter from the owner, telling me that their company was willing to donate lures to our ministry events! So when we get the kids together, or other individuals, they want to make sure some lures get into their hands. What a class act!

4.7lbs — Handing M1 Trout Rod — JDM Stradic c2000hg — 4lb Hercules Super Tough braid — 6lb Stren monofilament leader

You guys, just WAIT to see the video of this hog! I was so glad to get this fish, I accidentally broke my handing M1, trout rod a while back, but I got it replaced at Christmas, and today is the first time I was able to go try it out! All it took was two casts with a trick worm and a PBWILD jig head, and this hoss was ON!

The video is going to be crazy, because my recording device ran out of memory halfway through, and then I met some new friends while I was there who grabbed their phone, and finished the recording! Then I got a chance to meet with them, talk with them, and show them some things about the sport. These will be friends, and we will lift each other up!

Praise God, what a blessing. It was so gorgeous outside when I came home, and I had only been out there for maybe 15 minutes. HALLELUJAH!!!!

Hey guys! This is definitely not a fishing video, but I think in 2026 I wanna share my art a little more. This is not the original key I do this song in, and this is just a little excerpt from one I wrote like five years ago. I’ve never really done anything with it, but I’d like to, because it is a lot of fun and has a lot of good energy. This is one of those times where my voice doesn’t sound particularly good, nor my guitar, but it’s a song that means a lot to me. God bless you guys!
