A nice change of scenery as I met (Chris) at the Ringling Bridge this morning for a little practice going up! It was a challenge but I suppose that’s why we did it!

I ran in the Equus, which was perfect for the light and snappy ride I needed today!

I thought my stupidity and forgetfulness was going to cost me, but there’s no luck like dumb luck!
Today’s run was soggy and satisfying and I’m happy to have got Strava’s June HM badge on the first day of the month! Yes, I know; simple people like simple things!

I thought it was going to rain but it didn’t, although this run would have been better if it had; I needed up soaked anyway!
6 miles at a tempo effort in the heat felt good (when I stopped)!
