We are always finding new uses for SLA resin printing. Body scans of our talent allowed to model both the upper faceplates and reusable airbrush stencils for makeup applications. Traditionally these makeup stencils would be vacuum formed (about a week of work from start to finish). Resin printing allows us to make these set ready tools in less than 12 hours.

The Recon helmet presented a unique challenge for our team, due to its crazy tight profile around a human head. Some design changes were necessary to make this digital jigsaw puzzle a reality.

THATS A WRAP on an very colorful project we can’t wait to share.

Only about 3 weeks of fabrication from start to shoot.

Countless cans of paint and primer, over 50 kilograms of PETG filament, 12 yards of neoprene, and six spools of Foaming TPU, dozens of vinyl stickers, 2 servos, 4 linear actuators, one magnetic solenoid and a handful of LEDs.

Lots of amazing new techniques. Very proud of our amazing team.
