When we support our businesses we support our communities…
Chef Victoria Feldman, artisanal baker, master instructor of handmade sourdough bread, of Canterbury Baking School in the U.K. had a story run on her and her hubby Barry re: the businesses in her neck of the woods years ago. They were counted out as a business not expected to last, but when you see their story, you absolutely fall in love with them. The humor, the candor, the resilience, and THEIR road to success ALL make up the perfectly imperfect story of what true success is made of!
This September Vicky is hosting, along with fellow pasta chef, Chef Curzio, of “Man In Pasta”, a culinary retreat in Italy that is Blow-Your-Mind tasty and full of local history as you tour the land, visit the sites, sample the staples, and wield your newly acquired skill of making handmade pasta, artisanal, and sourdough breads.
