Soup season is here!! 1 pound italian sausage
2 tbsp butter
1 diced white onion
2 diced carrots
2 ribs of celery
1 tsp garlic
2 large potatoes
1 tbsp italian seasoning
4 cups broth
3 tablespoons flour
3 cups milk
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 cups shredded cheese !

The key to transferring a cookie cake is making sure that it’s not molten lava hot. Many people think that you have to remove it within seconds of it coming out of the oven, but you want all of that air that’s inside of it from baking to deflate and that steam to release so that way it will drop and be nice and flat.

The way I look at it is an order is an order. I am in this business to take orders and make a profit, and if you are turning down an order because it’s small, that’s basically you telling your clients that they’re not worth it to you and I just can’t do that. Make that money!
