On Tuesday, July 29th, please join us in celebrating one year of Unchanged Mind with the opening of Sight Studies. Sight Studies is a show of collaborative works between Nina Brander and Ethan Stuart . These works use what is otherwise cast off from the artists’ solo practices to create something new. A cutting of painted canvas finds a new space in a wooden finish exploration , the carved textures of the wood become the background for a figure lost from its whole. Pieces are familiar to both artists work but come into a context unique to the collaboration.
