Two sister mamas, 9 babies, and one big shared responsibility. 💗 🐾

One sister had 4 kittens, the other had 5, but they combined litters and take turns caring for them all. Sometimes one mama only has 1 baby while the other is buried under 8 kittens climbing all over her.😂

It may not always seem fair, but they still help each other anyway; feeding, cleaning, cuddling, and giving the other a break when needed.

A little reminder from the barn cats that out here on the homestead, we watch out for each other. ❤️

Today, we remember the heroes who never made it home. The brave men and women who gave their lives so we could live ours in freedom.

Memorial Day is more than cookouts and long weekends. It’s a day to pause, reflect, and honor the fallen. To remember the empty seats at family tables, the sacrifices made, and the courage that will never be forgotten.

May we live in a way that honors their legacy:
Grateful. Humble. Free because of the brave. ❤️🇺🇸
