Albert’s Burrito & Taco just opened in Palmdale and listen… this place came in SWINGING.
Right next to Trio Coffee House in the Albertsons parking lot, you’ll find a true SoCal super-burrito the size of a small toddler—stuffed with fries, guacamole, carne asada, and enough cheese to shut you up mid-sentence.
Big. As. Hell.

We went absolutely feral on the menu:
🌯 Super Burrito – fries, guac, asada… a whole personality.
🌮 Taquitos + Super Taquitos – crispy, cheesy, dripping in guac and sour cream like God intended.
🍟 Super Curly Fries – curly fries loaded with seasoned beans, carne asada, cheese, guacamole AND sour cream. A full emotional support meal.
🐟 Fish Tacos – light, crispy, stupid good.
🥔 Potato Tacos – the fan favorite for a reason. Don’t question it, just order them.

✨ GRAND OPENING: Friday, Dec 12th ✨
Go check them out, welcome them to their new spot, and good luck picking just one thing off the menu. You won’t.

If you’ve ever wondered what “dangerously addictive” tastes like, go to Teriyaki Madness on 10th Street West.
I swear this place is tucked into a gas station parking lot, but don’t let the location fool you, this is not one of those questionable gas-station food situations. This is a for real, freshly grilled, outrageously good spot that deserves its own billboard.

We filmed a whole twenty two-minute video because every time we thought we were done eating… another bite demanded attention.
The noodles? Illegal. Should require a waiver.
The chicken? Therapy in a bowl.
The entire restaurant? Spotless in a way that makes you rethink every other place you’ve ever eaten.

If you’re looking for a new favorite in Palmdale, this is it.
But don’t blame us when you start craving it three times a week, we tried to warn you.
