WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 5 AM TO NOON EST TUESDAY...

* WHAT...Mixed precipitation expected. Total snow accumulations up to one inch and ice accumulations around a light glaze.

* WHERE...Adams, Lancaster, and York Counties.

* WHEN...From 5 AM to noon EST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Tuesday morning commute.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Precipitation will arrive around daybreak on Tuesday morning with snow likely at onset and then a transition to freezing rain thereafter. Freezing rain is most likely along and south of the US-30 corridor. Precipitation should end by noon.

A flood watch and wind advisory are in place for Lancaster PA. A low pressure system will cross the the Great Lakes tomorrow. Putting us on the rain and windy side. 2”+ of rain and wind gusts over 40 MPH are expected.

* WHAT...Wet snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 2 to 4 inches.

* WHERE...Lancaster County.

* WHEN...From 7 AM to 7 PM EST Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Mixed precipitation or a transition to plain rain should result in reduced snowfall accumulation for areas to the southeast of US-30.
