Detectives from Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Palmdale Station are asking for the public’s help locating this At-Risk Missing Juvenile, Jazelle Powns. She was last seen on Monday, June 16, 2025, at 12:45 a.m., in the city of Palmdale.

Jazelle is a 15-year-old, female Black, 5’03”, 140 lbs. with brown hair and brown eyes. The clothing she was last seen wearing was a black sweater, black sweatpants and a pink shirt.

Jazelle's family is concerned for her well-being.

*HAWTHORNE POLICE DEPARTMENT SERVES WARRANT, TAKES SUSPECT INTO CUSTODY*

LANCASTER, CA - The Hawthorne Police Department served a warrant Thursday night in the 1700 block of West Holguin Street (20th West and Avenue H). A male suspect was taken into custody peacefully. No further details were immediately available. The incident is currently under investigation.
