This morning, let communion be a moment of nearness.

Jesus invites us to come close to Him. 🙏
Not to perform
Not to pretend
But to be cleansed, healed, made free, and made new in His presence.

As we take the bread and cup, a simple prayer fits the moment

Lord, wash over my life.
Cleanse me from what I see and what I do not see.
Give me clean hands and a pure heart.

Communion is food from a different country.

It brings us back to the moment of our great deliverance
where the Lamb was slain,

where the sea opened,
where freedom began.
