Ash surprised me with friends and family to celebrate my last day of chemo.
Looking back at this moment is surreal and feels like a different life, but I'm thankful for every day and for the life that I am able to live. Thank you for supporting me and my family every step of the way.
This month is colorectal cancer awareness month. If you have any symptoms or are delaying a colonoscopy, please don't delay anymore. Talk to your doctor and get screened.

I love the variety of films that this page promotes and creates. My love for film began when I got into independent cinema and the variety of films that are published every day. I was really excited to attend a film festival this summer however Corona had other plans. That being said I’ve still been able to experience a film festival through virtual film festivals on a platform called Film Festival Flix. The site houses a number of film festivals that you can virtually attend which also include features that make you feel as though you are attending a brick and mortar film festival. I recently attended the Ashland Film Festival which was ranked by Film Freeway as one of the best virtual film festivals of 2020. The greatest thing about Film Festival Flix is that it doesn’t only have film festivals they also house a plethora of independent films that are accumulated on the curated channels that are great for all audiences. I would love to share some recommendations from the site as well as hear some of your film favourites.
