Congratulations to Holly McCaw, APR, Director of Communications for Otsego Public Schools and past-president of MSPRA for earning the National School Public Relations Association's (NSPRA) prestigious Learning and Liberty Legacy Leader Award! She was recognized in July at the annual NSPRA Seminar in Washington, D.C.
