Check out our 30-day "Get Your Zs Back" challenge!

😓Did 2020 turn you into a sleep-deprived zombie?šŸ’¤

I’ve lost count of the amount of Physical Therapy patients who have told me their sleep patterns have gone out the window since 2020.

I have dozens of patients staying up past 2 am…. Even though they don’t really want to … they just can’t seem to get back on track ….

And it’s not their fault…. The unique circumstances of 2020 forced everyone to isolate…. Many are working from home, as well. So if we couldn’t see family and friends in person … What else are we going to do?

šŸ“±Turn to screen time, of course šŸ˜‚! All the patients I’ve spoken with are glued to their smartphones, late into the night … and even into the middle of the night, if they wake up …

To make matters worse, most people are feeling pretty cruddy already … depression and anxiety are rampant because of our lack of social interaction and interrupted routines. A lack of structure causes disorder.

Without restful sleep … Joints hurt more, we feel more fuzzy, irritable, and sad.

Can you relate to this? If so, I have a SERIOUS concern that these problems need to be fixed NOW, or I’m afraid it will have a cascading effect on different areas of your life…

What if you don’t break these habits by the time the pandemic is over? What will that mean for you?

So, I ask … Are you feeling stuck? Uncertain how to undo these poor sleeping habits?

If you’re motivated to change and recapture a restful night of sleep… each and every night … I have the solution for you.

I want to invite you to join me on a 30-day ā€œGet Your Zs Backā€ challenge to restore restful sleep. I need 3 more people who are eager to undo poor sleeping habits that are leaving them feeling drained, mopey, or unable to operate at their best.

What would this look like for you if you join Our 30-Day ā€œGet Your Zs Backā€ challenge?

āœ…Learn how to manage stress patterns and turn off the ā€œbusy mindā€ that keeps your head racing at night.
āœ… Master the ability to trigger a relaxation response at night with specialized techniques designed for a restful night’s sleep.
āœ…Understand how diet, exercise, and technology can influence your ability to reach a state of relaxation.
āœ…Develop ā€œsleep hygieneā€ principles that train your brain to automatically ā€œwind downā€ for the night.

Get Your Zs Back will include a combination of video, audio, and other online materials.

The ā€œGet Your Zs Backā€ challenge will require active participation and a willingness to make some (gradual) changes in your habits. If you aren’t willing to make any changes, I don’t recommend joining this challenge. (If you’re on the fence / need more information, please respond!)

If however…. You’re sick and tired of being sick and tired … Let’s do this!

Stop staring at the ceiling for 2 hours+ each night and get your mojo back!

Just respond to this post: ā€œI’m in!ā€

The challenge starts March 1st, 2021 …. Which to me is symbolic of recovery…. About 1 year exactly from the start of this mess we’ve been in…. But you must respond by February 18th, 2021 to reserve your spot!

The cost is only $49. If you need additional, individual, 1-on-1 coaching outside the program, that is available as well.
