Tate’s mother chose to post and send these irrelevant messages to me on his birthday. More bs flaunting enjoying the “burden free” life she so badly desired. Yesterday was incredibly difficult without all this added pathetic, provoking, and disgusting behavior, especially on his birthday! It’s beyond reprehensible and I refuse to let these actions go unnoticed. She wants my attention, now for a brief moment she has it.
I’ve stayed silent these last few months under the advice of my legal counsel regarding the mishandling of Tate’s investigation.
-The overlooked markings on top of Tate’s head, they are finger nail marks!
-A photo below is of the doll reenactment. The statement above that is from the first person interviewed hours before the reenactment with zero knowledge of what even occurred that morning.
-Key information was withheld by the Lapeer County Sheriff’s Office, some of which I was told does not exist(The photo below tells me it’s not just another coincidence).
-The crime scene photos look a bit different than the body cam footage in regard to the carseat and table.
Despite my efforts to meet with the prosecutors office to address the numerous errors in the investigation, I’ve received no response.
However, the Attorney General’s office has asked the Criminal Trials Division to look into investigating multiple violations. At first it was another dead end but with all the evidence and documentation it not only can get the justice Tate deserves but also hold those accountable that violated his constitutional rights to due process.
