As of right now, we are planning to have the meeting at 9. Should take about an hour or less, and then we will break off to run some trails in the Robledos (original Chile Challenge Trails). Trails will be announced as it gets closer. If you would like to volunteer to lead an overland or moderate trail, we would love to hear from you! Mike and I will probably lead a hard trail and some of the extreme guys may want to hit one of the hardcore ledge trails out there.

If you would like to volunteer to lead or gun trails or if you just want to help in camp, please come out and get plugged in!

Chile Challenge is the second kind.

I was there last year and I'll tell you straight.

The trails in New Mexico are absolutely killer. Technical, scenic, and incredibly well-organized from start to finish.

This isn't just another offroad gathering.

It's four days of legit trail culture done right, for every skill level, in one of the most stunning landscapes you'll find anywhere in the Southwest.

And here's a bonus nobody talks about Hatch, New Mexico is right there.

The chile capital of the world.

And if you've never stopped at Sparky's for their World Famous Green Chile Cheeseburger, you're going to want to build that into the trip.

We are thrilled to announce the upcoming 2026 Chile Challenge—an exciting offroad event scheduled
for October 14-17, 2026, at Riverside Campground, Caballo Lake State Park. This unique gathering will
unite offroad enthusiasts, adventure seekers, and local industry leaders for four days of
adrenaline-pumping trails, networking, and community building. In addition to celebrating the spirit of
adventure, this event serves a greater purpose: raising vital funds for land conservation and efforts to
keep our trails open and accessible. Proceeds from the Chile Challenge directly support initiatives that
protect natural habitats, maintain sustainable trail systems, and ensure that future generations can
continue to enjoy these outdoor spaces.

Happy New Year Everyone! It's time to launch our 2nd annual Chile Challenge Photo Contest!
Qualification:
1. Must have a high-resolution file of the picture that will be posted on FB (to be emailed later if voted the winner).
2. Must show a 3/4 view of the vehicle on a cool obstacle AT any previous Chile Challenge Event (with good lighting).
Winner will be chosen at the end of January. In order to win, you must have the maximum amount of "likes" on your photo comment.
If the phot does not meet the 3/4 requirement or is not from one of the Chile Challenge trails, it will be deleted from the comment section.
LET'S SEE THOSE PICTURES!!!

Trail Registration will open between the end of Febuary and mid-March. Make sure you follow this page for updates!
