We welcome Venus Gist and Alee Carrino. Court proceedings
can be intensely stressful, especially when they involve taking
someone’s home, family conflict, or major life decisions.
The uncertainty under extreme stress can trigger severe
anxiety, dizziness, fainting, or even stress-related seizures.
The pressure of prolonged legal battles can take a toll on
both mental and physical health. Recently, Janiya Jendayi
in California, Alameda County Probate Court suffered a seizure and collapsed,
she was transferred to the hospital and was unresponsive.
This incident raises serious questions in our courts.
