Most businesses don’t have a growth problem.
They have a design problem wearing a traffic costume.
More demand won’t rescue a weak offer.
Scale won’t correct a broken process.
And efficient departments mean nothing when the customer falls between them.
Growth amplifies whatever already exists—including the flaws.
Before buying more attention, ask:
Is the offer clear?
Is the handoff clean?
Can the operation fulfill the promise?
Does the system actually deserve amplification?
Don’t chase growth.
Design what deserves to scale.
