Finding the Bunnies 🐰
Just opened this box of Reese’s Puffs Bunnies cereal and couldn’t help but think about what my mentor Pace Morby taught us: finding the bunnies is key to real estate success. 🏡
In real estate, “bunnies” represent the pain points of a seller—their real struggles and challenges. When you take the time to uncover these pain points, you can truly help them and create solutions that benefit everyone. It’s not just about the deal; it’s about service and understanding.
So, as I’m finding these little bunny-shaped cereal pieces, I’m reminded of how important it is to dig deeper, listen carefully, and solve problems for sellers. Let’s team up and find those bunnies together!
