Okay since our health officials won’t do it - what are y’all doing to improve your HEALTH?

I’ve been sick the last few days (regular sick). I backed off the gym. Upped my fluids. I drink my greens everyday then twice a day while sick. I add in emergency packets and soup. Drink my egg whites in case the food is hard to push.. boom ! Baby girl and I are back in the game today. Will return to the gym slowly within a day or two.

While the world is obsessing with experimental drugs and no exercise etc- let’s flip the script. Get outside. Pray. Read, develop your mental health and ideological wealth. Yes , work out ! And remember, respect everyone’s choices 🙏🏽
