Oswaldo āNateā Perez-Sanchez accused of killing Tabatha Tozzi in 2023
LAS VEGAS (KLAS) ā Federal authorities arrested a man Tuesday in Mexico nearly two years after Las Vegas police accused him of killing his girlfriend, the 8 News Now Investigators have learned.
Tabatha Tozzi, 26, was shot in the head on April 22, 2023, outside a west valley home near Alta Drive and Cimarron Road. Police later identified her accused killer asĀ Oswaldo āNateā Perez-Sanchez,Ā her boyfriend. Perez-Sanchez allegedly confronted Tozzi and then shot her during an argument, officials said. He then allegedly carjacked a witness and drove off. Tozziās mother previously told the 8 News Now Investigators her daughter was attempting to break up with Perez-Sanchez.
Federal officials arrested Perez-Sanchez in Mexico on Tuesday, sources said. Officials with the FBI previously told the 8 News Now Investigators that they believed Perez-Sanchez could be there.

(KLAS) A task force including the FBI and the U.S. Marshals had searched for Perez-Sanchez. Tozzi worked in Las Vegas nightlife and had a large social media following and many friends.
It was not immediately clear when Perez-Sanchez could return to the United States. The FBI had offered a reward of up to $30,000 for information leading to his arrest.
