Hmmm. So what I took from this is that if you are poor or poor ish or if you don't have the credit to or if you are majoring in a field that doesn't make a lot of money, teachers for instant then you will not qualify for the loans. Is this really gonna happen. Are they really trying to stop low income people from attending quality universities? This is just a mess. Smdh.
