We vacation differently than some. We love to find places to road trip and bring Kona. We go and explore! Mammoth was one for the books! We stayed in a tiny home on a ranch which was amazing! They had amazing views and trails where we didn’t even have to leave. They had a tiny ghost town of their own, a creek, and a spectacular lookout view on one of their trails. Right out the back of the home there was a horse coral where we could watch people on horses 🐎— sunsets and sunrises were just beautiful.

We also explored hot creeks, earthquake faults, convict lake, McLeod lake, horse shoe lake, tufa mono lake, bodie ghost town, and we ended at Bridgeport California for a lunch. Why Bridgeport? Because I was born in Bridgeport Connecticut on the complete other side of the country and I thought it would be cool.

In the week we conquered as much as we could see while still resting and recovering - we read and breathed in the fresh air. This is a place we would come back to 10/10 if you are a nature lover!

Ps Blake and I still closed 2 buy escrows and opened 2 listing escrows …. Scheduled a couple walks for potential deals. We don’t stop just because we are on vacation 🔥

When we first walked through this home, it was hard to imagine what it could become.

Room after room was packed with belongings. Most people would have walked away...
We saw the potential.

Months of hard work, planning, and renovation later, this is the result. ✨

There’s a lot more that goes into listing a home than putting a sign in the yard.

Before one of our flips goes live, Blake and I have a system. We walk every room looking for anything that may have been missed, complete our MLS checklist, measure every room, verify the details, and capture photos and videos so future buyers can truly experience the home before they ever step inside.

The goal is simple: deliver the best possible product and make sure every detail is ready before launch.
The behind-the-scenes work may not be glamorous, but it’s one of the reasons we’re proud of every home we bring to the market.

🇺🇸 Happy 4th of July! ❤️🤍💙

I hope everyone has an amazing night celebrating with family and friends. 🎆

Just remember... not every dog celebrates with us.
Some pups have severe anxiety when the fireworks start. No matter how much we prepare—with medication, thunder shirts, blankets, white noise, or all the cuddles in the world—they still struggle.

Kona is one of those dogs.

When the fireworks finally stop, he still isn’t settled. Around 3:00 a.m., he has to go outside to burn off all that built-up anxiety. And sometimes... that means I get a surprise I’m definitely not ready for.

This year’s surprise?

He pooped inside one of my bushes. 🤦🏼‍♀️😂

It’s funny now, but nights like this are exhausting for so many pet owners. While everyone else is winding down after the fireworks, we’re just hoping our pups can finally relax.

If you have an anxious dog, know you’re not alone. Give them a little extra patience, a little extra love, and maybe an extra treat tonight. ❤️🐾

Happy 4th of July! Stay safe, enjoy the fireworks, and don’t forget about the four-legged family members who may be counting the minutes until they’re over.
