My name is Nyree and I will have the pleasure of sharing my secrets for hair, health, herbs, fitness and beauty on my wellness journey.
About Me:
Prior to the pandemic I was working in a very fast-paced, high stressed field which was causing erosion to my health. The stress of the pandemic in addition to menopausal changes affected my hair, my physical health and emotional health. In my personal journey back to myself, I've been nurturing naturally with the use of many different herbs & plant based products. I have been donating time to my physical health, my emotional wellbeing and my internal health by rebounding (fitness). I'm here to happily share with you what I've learned thus far.
