Ingredients:

β€’ 2 cups strawberry puree
β€’ 1 cup heavy cream
β€’ 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz)
β€’ 1 cup whole milk
β€’ 2 packets unflavored gelatin (about 14 g)
β€’ Β½ cup cold water
β€’ 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
β€’ Pink food coloring (optional)

Instructions:

Dissolve one packet of gelatin in half of the cold water and let it bloom for a few minutes.

Blend the whole milk, half of the condensed milk, vanilla extract, and the bloomed gelatin until smooth.

Pour the mixture into a ring mold and refrigerate until firm.

Dissolve the remaining gelatin in the rest of the cold water and let it bloom.

Blend the strawberry puree, heavy cream, remaining condensed milk, and the bloomed gelatin until creamy and well combined. Add a few drops of pink food coloring if desired.

Carefully pour the strawberry layer over the chilled vanilla layer.

Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until completely set.

Unmold gently and serve chilled.
