✨🏰 IT’S OFFICIAL… THE 100 DAYS TO DISNEY CHALLENGE STARTS NOW! 🏰✨
In 100 days, I’ll be walking through the gates of Disney World, and I’ve decided to turn the countdown into something bigger than a vacation…
I’m challenging myself to lose the regain weight, build healthier habits, get stronger, and feel my absolute best before the trip! 🎉
My starting weight is 168.5 lbs, and my goal is to reach 150–155 lbs by Disney Day! 🐭✨
For the next 100 days, I’ll be:
💪 Working out 4x per week
🏋️♀️ Including 2 strength training sessions each week
💧 Drinking at least 64 oz of water every day
🍽️ Staying in a calorie deficit 5 days a week (optional to eat at maintenance calories 2 days/week)
✨ Celebrating every 5-pound milestone with fun Disney rewards!
