✨🏰 IT’S OFFICIAL… THE 100 DAYS TO DISNEY CHALLENGE STARTS NOW! 🏰✨

In 100 days, I’ll be walking through the gates of Disney World, and I’ve decided to turn the countdown into something bigger than a vacation…

I’m challenging myself to lose the regain weight, build healthier habits, get stronger, and feel my absolute best before the trip! 🎉

My starting weight is 168.5 lbs, and my goal is to reach 150–155 lbs by Disney Day! 🐭✨

For the next 100 days, I’ll be:
💪 Working out 4x per week
🏋️‍♀️ Including 2 strength training sessions each week
💧 Drinking at least 64 oz of water every day
🍽️ Staying in a calorie deficit 5 days a week (optional to eat at maintenance calories 2 days/week)
✨ Celebrating every 5-pound milestone with fun Disney rewards!

A few years ago, I couldn’t walk a single lap around a track without feeling completely out of breath. Yesterday, I crossed the finish line of my first 5K at the Rooster Days Run.

This journey has taken years. Bariatric surgery gave me a tool, but it was the daily choices, the hard days, the setbacks, and the commitment to keep showing up for myself that got me here.

I’ll be honest, the hills humbled me. I wasn’t prepared for them and I couldn’t run the entire race. But instead of feeling defeated, I feel motivated. Now I know what to train for. Now I know I can do hard things.

And somehow, this former girl who couldn’t make it once around a track without stopping finished 14th out of 30 in her age group. I’m really proud of her.

Week 7 of C25K and it’s starting to feel real now. I’m so close to the finish line of this program again, and honestly… I didn’t know if I’d make it this far this time around when I started. But here we are, stronger, more consistent, and way more confident with every run.

I also made it official and signed up for the Rooster Days 5K on May 16th 🏃‍♀️ This gives everything a purpose now. It’s not just training anymore, it’s actually leading up to something real.

If you’re in the middle of your journey, keep going. Progress might feel slow, but it adds up in ways you don’t even notice at first.

Week 7 done. Let’s finish strong.

Finally tried today and WOW! Sooo yummy! I got a meal replacement shake after my workout. I tried from the April flavor of the month menu Coconut Crème pie and it was delicious! They had a really great menu of pre-workout, post workout, and loaded teas and other nutritious goodies! Go check them out, they're at 101st & Elm right next to

This is just one example, one snapshot of my week, not a full picture of how I eat all the time. Every day looks a little different, and that’s okay. This day in particular was a tougher workout dat!

It’s all about balance, consistency, and listening to your body ✨

Week 6… we meet again 😅💪

After repeating this week a few times, I’m finally on the last run of it and feeling stronger than ever. It hasn’t been perfect, it hasn’t been easy but I didn’t quit. And that’s what counts.

Next stop: Week 7 👀🏃‍♀️ Let’s go!!
