It has been said we are going to run out of land to build on in as little as 8yrs, but it looks like the BLM is starting to free up some of the land that surrounds our valley.

A new community will emerge consisting of over 3000 homes. Another 3000+ homes are being built in the north of the 215. Builders are playing catch up for not building enough since the crash in 2007.

A master-planned community with more than 3,000 homes is slated for 505 acres of former federal land in the northwest valley.
