Years ago there was a thought that I would stop playing hockey all together. My body was hurting and getting progressively worse, I wasn’t enjoying the game like I used to, and developing my game was completely plateaued, but then I met this amazing group of people.

In an instant my love for the game shot up more than I ever knew. These beauties and many others not shown helped me to love the game again and learn to stay healthy (also a surgeon, but that’s another story!).

It’s been nearly 2 years since I got to attend a Warrior tournament, and this was one for the books!! Our first outing as the newly formed Las Vegas Warriors was unforgettable. We sent two teams that fought and battled into their respective championship games, and we got to bring a banner home for all the veterans in Win City!!

Getting to go out with this group and play and then meet so many amazing veterans and veteran supporters from around the country is more than I deserve. These weekends with all the Warriors are cherished memories every time!

It doesn’t get any closer to family with this crazy group, and I’m proud to call each and everyone of you brothers. I can tell that this weekend was only a glimpse of something beautiful, and I’m honored to be able to be apart of it with you all!

ROKH v Ghost 10/21 Sometimes you play against teammates, but you still enjoy the game! Was a pleasure to meet our friends on Ghost on the ice Tuesday night!! ROKH took the day, but we’re sure that’ll change next time! This page started as one person making somewhat funny videos and it’s turned into a highlight reel of an amazing community of veterans and hockey players!!
