Another thing to be Thankful for... Landon Quinney.

Born into the "first family" of Las Vegas hockey, Landon is actively shaping the next generation of talent in a region his family helped put on the map. While his father, Ken, pioneered the sport’s popularity with the Las Vegas Thunder and his brother, Gage, made history as the first Nevada-born NHL player, Landon has carved out his own legacy as a dedicated coach and skills developer.

Drawing on his competitive experience in the WHL and QMJHL, Landon currently serves as the Head Coach for the Henderson Force, where he focuses on refining the technical skills and hockey IQ of junior players.

By transitioning from a high-level prospect to a mentor, he ensures the hockey legacy continues not just through records but through the tangible development of local athletes striving to reach the collegiate and professional ranks.

This organization runs our Warrior team and provides great opportunities for a ton of other veterans not involved in hockey! We would love it if you would consider a donation to this organization or share if you can for Giving Tuesday!!

🇺🇸 Giving Tuesday Eve — Help Us Gear Up for Tomorrow! 🇺🇸

Tomorrow is Giving Tuesday, but we’re kicking off the mission right now — and we need your firepower.

This year, every donation to the Veteran Social Club will be MATCHED up to $10,000.
That means your gift of $17.75 becomes $35.50 instantly — double the impact, double the camaraderie, double the lives touched.

Why $17.75?
Because 1775 is the year the U.S. military tradition began — and your donation honors that legacy by strengthening the VSC mission today.

🔥 What Your Donation Supports

Your contribution fuels the three core tenets of the Veteran Social Club:

1️⃣ SOCIAL CONNECTION

Isolation is the deadliest threat facing veterans. Your donation helps us host monthly socials that break barriers, build friendships, and remind veterans they are never alone.

2️⃣ ATHLETICS

From hockey and softball to pickleball and competitive events, we create environments where veterans rebuild confidence, teamwork, and belonging through movement and competition.

3️⃣ COMMUNITY SERVICE

Through our volunteer force, partnerships, and youth mentorship programs, your support helps veterans continue a life of service — giving back to the community while strengthening purpose and identity.

💥 Why It Matters

Your $17.75 today helps:
• Get a veteran out of the house and into a life-changing community.
• Support mental and physical health through engaging, positive activities.
• Build leadership, connection, and service opportunities for veterans across Las Vegas.
• Fuel grassroots change in real time.

🎯 Call to Action

Make your $17.75 donation today so it can be matched tomorrow.
Help us kick off Giving Tuesday with momentum, purpose, and the spirit of camaraderie.
