Missing Disney as of late 🏰 I’m fortunate I had a chance to visit Disneyland the last weekend it was open before quarantine

Really wanted to try the aka frothy coffee trend at home but no instant coffee🙃 Experimented a little and out came this little puppy of goodness!! Introducing frothy protein shake🙈 nope it doesn’t sound as catchy, but I made use with what I have in the kitchen. One trip to the grocery store just for instant coffee is not worth it during these times. Oh let’s get real...instant coffee is probably the new toilet paper. Blame the internet for the empty coffee aisle next time you head over 😏😅
Recipe
3 tablespoons powder sugar
1/4 cup of water
1 scoop of protein powder of choice (mine is plant based - vanilla)
Blend till frothy peaks form
Spoon over desired iced milk (used almond)

How are you my cozy and isolated fam?! I’m really glad knowing so many of you are home safe and staying productive.
Yesterday I hit that wall of cabin fever and needed a walk around my old neighborhood. I felt weird wearing a face mask 😷 but I had to take the opportunity while it’s here.
Just wanted to pop on here and give you some positive vibes✌🏽Find something to be grateful for today. I know it’s hard during this isolation, but take a few moment to be grateful for the time you’ve been given to reset, time you can pour into that goal you set at New Year’s, time to allow self-care, time to become knowledgable on a topic or skill, it’s YOUR time!
I’m grateful for you today💗you are a precious group of people that I wouldn’t trade for the world. Hang in there cozy tribe, we are learning to transition into a new kind of lifestyle every day.
