DIDDY SENTENCED TO 4 YEARS FOR TRANSPORTATION TO ENGAGE IN PROSTITUTION

Via Lauren del Valle, Nicki Brown, Kara Scannell, and Elizabeth Wagmeister on CNN Live Updates: “Sean “Diddy” Combs has been sentenced to 50 months, or just over four years,in prison for his conviction on two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution.”

Judge Arun Subramanian sentenced Sean “Diddy” Combs to prison and imposed a $500,000 fine—the maximum allowed by law. Subramanian acknowledged the fine was an upward departure from the guidelines but said it was justified given Combs’ “immense resources, which enabled his crimes.”
