Electric Daisy Carnival (or EDC) has long been the pre-eminent electronic music event in the US. EDC started as a rave, but over the years, has grown to a three-day festival with hundreds of thousands of attendees and big name performers. In 2017, it was named the Festival of the Year at the Electronic Music Awards. Not too shabby for a festival that got its start as a rave in a warehouse. EDC takes place annually on the Las Vegas Speedway and even though music and dancing are the stars, it’s about so much more than just a good time — Promoter Insomniac Events has also donated over $2 million to causes like the Nevada Childhood Cancer Foundation, Rock the Vote, and the Boys and Girls Club of Southern Nevada over the years. At the end of the day, the Electric Daisy Carnival is all about sharing love. We welcome all EDC participants to the Valley! Be safe and make good decisions!

Social media use is consuming an excessive amount of our time. Creating content for Culinary Pros is always a challenge. We love it, however we needed a break! We decided to be razor focussed on hiring our core crew and focused on our client’s needs.

Tomorrow will be the starting of our 20th year of business. We have had good years and We have had Great years!  It has definitely been a roller coaster ride of fun! Tears and sweat and hard work paid off. We have consistently strived for excellence, been joyful, lacked sleep, been nervous wrecks,  listens to the top 10,000 reasons why our staff can’t go to work. We are a certified woman own business with no factor. They say, “Do what you love” and yeah We can honestly say that we do. We are so blessed, grateful and thrilled that we came out of the pandemic with flying colors and didn’t give up. We are currently on track to have the best sales year ever! We are thankful to our community and all our clients that continue to work with us. We are all so very thankful to all our staff that have worked for us throughout the years that made us proud to do what we do. 🙏❤️👸👩‍🍳👨‍🍳🍾🍸🥂🧘🔪 below are some highlights of the last 20 years!
