Shoot day at Center for Aesthetic Medicine. 🎥

Two cameras, a new light, a soft box, and 20 plus videos on the list. Then a vending machine full of prizes, a round of high fives, and one teammate who wandered in to check on the shoot and left with his bloodwork done.

We asked Dr. Nicole Rakowski for her biggest tip for getting in shape. Her answer was sitting right on the counter.

Control what you eat.

Push hard.
Rest and recover (she admits she skips that one).
Clean diet, cardio, solid workouts, and the thing that ties it all together: routine and consistency.

We film at Center for Aesthetic Medicine, so while the cameras were rolling I figured I'd get the full panel done. Needled up, TRT check, everything.

Jason and Joseph pulled up to record their podcast at G Media. They brought their own gear, we made sure the lighting and mics were dialed in. That's all they needed.

And of course, a lock on the wall before they left. 🔒

Our first ever intern, and the first person to ever get an hourly paycheck at G Media. Today he's an editor at the UFC. 🥊

He stopped by to visit, so naturally we challenged him to ping pong. The editing skills leveled up. The ping pong... you be the judge. 😂
