Hormonal acne skin irritation issue..? Possibly a dermatitis?
Hi there, I struggle with hormonal acne, this patch of my chin has been bumpy and inflamed like this for months now. No itchiness or irritation. I have tried putting exederm on it for the inflammation and the redness but it doesn’t do anything. I ordered a ringworm cream today.. I am getting engaged soon and I’m desperate for this to go away!

Plz help I've been extremely stressed the last 4-5 months and keep getting different painful bumps
I'll add a pic below but I've been extremely stressed the past 6 months and I started getting strep throat repeatedly and then I casually mentioned to the e.r doc that I have these huge cysts under my arm pits and she said she thought it was some long name infection kind of thing where your auto immune system attacks its own hair folicles. Had them so bad one day I couldn't move my left arm so had to go to e.r to get it drained. Now I've been highly stressed again recently like very depressed and now I have this thing on the back of my leg which I presumed was something similar to the ones under my arm but this one is different it's not round like the others and the surrounding skin is starting to turn blackish looking like a bruise. Does anyone know what this could be and why I'm having it other then stress? I'm not on any new meds or any changes just really struggle with my emotions and I work out/ take anxiety meds so idk what more I can do but it's really painful. Thanks in advance for your time.

Rash all over my body - 2 months steroids not helping
Hi everyone. I’m hoping to get some insight or hear from anyone who’s experienced something similar, because I’m feeling pretty stuck. (I attached photos)

About 8 weeks ago, I developed a widespread, intensely itchy rash that has continued to worsen instead of improve. It’s now all over my body — chest, arms, legs, back, and other areas. The itch is severe and sometimes keeps me from sleeping. I do recall it starting on my stomach when I was traveling and was in Delaware for 3 days.

What it looks like: • Red patches and plaques • Small raised bumps in clusters • Some areas feel warm to the touch • Itching is constant and intense • Pressure (like laying down or clothing) seems to make new marks appear

Treatments I’ve tried so far: • Oral prednisone (completed course) • Topical steroid creams (triamcinolone 0.1%) • Steroid injections

👉 Despite all of this, nothing has helped, and the rash continues to spread.

At this point I’m feeling frustrated and honestly scared since steroids usually help inflammatory rashes — and they didn’t touch this. I’ve been to urgent care, primary doctor, NP and dermatologist and ER all said it was contact dermatitis

Has anyone experienced: • A rash that didn’t respond to steroids? • Severe itching with pressure-induced marks? • Prurigo nodularis or something similar? • A diagnosis that was missed early on?

I’m planning further dermatology follow-up and possibly a biopsy, but I’d really appreciate hearing from others who’ve been through anything similar or have ideas of what this might be.

Why is my face skin breaking out with white heads every day?
Hey guys, Been using doxy off and on for about 7 months now. Feel like it’s stopped working and is just drying out my skin so I’m gonna stop using it. Other than that I use acnatac retinol every night and wash my face with loreal salicylic acid and moisturise with dermaveen. Why has my face started breaking out like crazy with these little white heads. Super annoying and my skin is so dry. I know doxy can dry out skin, but these white heads I’ve never experienced before on it.

I got into an e-scooter accident. Will my busted lip go back to normal?
I broke my front two teeth and busted my lip in a scooter accident early October. It's been about 2 months now and my lips still look irregular. I've been massaging the lump as much as I can, but I feel a hardened knot (for a lack of better words) on the inside of my lip. Does anyone know how likely my lips will go back to the way they were? And does anyone know if they look like this because there is less teeth surface area for the lips to lay on? I'm hoping I don't have to get any procedures done to make them back to the way they were. Swollen toe for 5 days- suspected spider bite. Extremely painful.
On Tuesday I woke up with this small pimple looking thing on my toe (pic 1). Within 4 hours it was a swollen blister as big as shown in pic 4. I’ve been to the doctors 3 times, they suspected a bug bite of some kind.

On the 2nd visit he drained it and wrapped it up to keep it clean.

On the 3rd visit he sent me to the hospital for an xray and iv antibiotics. The xray showed no sign of damage to my bone.

The last 2 pictures are today. I can barely weight bare, it’s very swollen, and I am needing to take regular codeine to keep the pain away- I had no idea an unknown blister on my toe could be so painful.

Should I still be worried? It’s still an 8/10 sore 98% of the time with pain relief barely helping.
