Recent mirror selfie, feeling extra skinny. Been following my anti inflammatory diet most of the time and cut back on soda and junk food. When I avoid processed food, dairy, alcohol and excessive sugar I definitely feel a lot better. The s**t ya gotta do at 41, to make it to 42.
