Meet Dray Gardner - a Las Vegas yoga instructor, musician, and advocate for self-love, who transformed his life and overcame severe back issues through yoga. Dray shares his journey from a challenging childhood in South Central Los Angeles to becoming one of Las Vegas' top yogis. Facing chronic pain from multiple injuries and on the verge of back surgery, he turned to yoga as a last hope—walking into his first class on a cane, determined to heal. Within weeks, he ditched the cane and discovered the transformative power of yoga.

Inspired by this newfound strength, Dray committed himself to teaching and making yoga accessible to the marginalized communities of Las Vegas. He founded Silent Savasana, a unique outdoor silent yoga movement that brought healing and self-care to locals and expanded across the city. Even after the pandemic forced him to sell his company, Dray's mission to uplift through yoga and self-care remained unwavering. Now, he strives to inspire others to embrace self-love, wellness, and healing, leaving a lasting impact on Las Vegas.
