Ever just hate points but the bank account say no magneto for you lol!! easy to do points eliminating and car security tips for your old school points and to help teach a dying art make more power and made by pertronix and can be done without getting the hated ! From the only brand i trust to use ....works great !!! You will tell the difference!

The work from other shops i see on the daily as a .. ...the hopefully right stuff gasket maker was the rtv of choice! But if you notice its sporadic! when I do em I skim coat the entire gasket with rs Grey prefer or black .and learn to not cross thread a bolt by using finese hand start 4 threads little very little anti seize and a small little quarter drive socket not the brand new 1/2 inch breaker bar.. or use your brand new snap off 32 million dollar electric 3/8 90000k foot pounds of torque to start and finish the bolt .. ..its a dying breed ..teach your and cars !!! !!! At least that way they can look at the job they just paid for and know work or and pay or argue ...i woulda argued this with the shop ive slowed vids down sorry guys but will have many more coming because customersneed to see what they paid their hard earned money for ...sad this tech would not have even lasted 3 days at our shop !!! only cause I belive day 1 Noone is perfect everyone deserves second chance day 2 you did what ?! ...then takes day 3 i have 24 hrs to cut check call payroll and and kindly not ever trying to hurt feelings or dismiss techs or put them down we need more people with desire to at least try to be a tech and then from there experience and passion will take over in a few years or they learn we need more auto mechanics people good ones ......just explain ...they are not up to the level of excellence and pride that we take...as a matter fact I encourage them to remain a tech and remind them cars and love for working on them .is a passion not always a check ...keep at it experience takes time care takes passion and knowledge comes with experience....they just have to practice on someone other than my customer cars lol ... ....
