Earlier today, we were informed by law enforcement that an individual had booked our facility under false pretenses—claiming it was for a film shoot, when in fact they were planning an unauthorized party.

Indie Film Factory does not rent its space for parties or similar events. We take this matter seriously and want to make it clear that no third party is authorized to use our name or trademarked logo in any promotional material.

If you come across any social media posts or promotions falsely claiming an event at our location, please report them to us immediately. Unauthorized use of our brand is a violation of trademark law, and we will pursue legal action as necessary.

We appreciate your continued support in helping us protect our space and our community.
