But then I was so interestead in filmmaking. In about late 2008, I was just sitting in my room, I believe i was sick at this time and I was watching the movie "Cloverfield" (JJ Abrams). I was so interestead by this film, I guess you could say it inspired me to get into filmmaking. Now at this point I had no idea how film was REALLY done. Or at least I thought I knew what I was doing. So we started
to film a small "home movie" called "The Last Ones". Now this movie was not written at all and to be honest... It kinda sucked. It was just a movie me and some buddies of mine got together to do, out of pure bordom, (or what we called Excitment). So later on in 2009, I got a started studying film. I watched movies (Of course I always watch movies) and payed attention on how it was written, filmed, performed, and even format (Widescreen or Full, Cinematic or TV, 2.35:1 etc.) But I think in 2010, I really got the hang of filmmaking. Along the time of August, 2010 I met who is now a great friend of mine. His name is Jared Rasmussen, and him and I also make comedy sketches on youtube, called Jewen Is Scared Films. ( http://www.youtube.com/jewenisscaredfilms ) And now I am currently under construction to my new upcoming independent film "Seventh Period" And I'll also be posting sketches every friday.
