This November, the Rita Deanin Abbey Art Museum presents a month of cultural experiences! Join us Saturday, Nov. 8, for Moving Meditation: Qi Gong, Tai Chi & Yoga Nidra Foundations — a 90-minute session led by Nicola Lea Kilyushik that blends mindful movement, breath, and relaxation.
