Say it with me….I let go of my worries. I focus my energy on only what I can control.

Pulling myself out of the emotional hole and a lot of self reflection this last month as I have also been mostly offline. Here and now I release the old me to allow space for the new me to emerge.

I used to think “What does ‘Time’ have to do with it?”

The girl on The left was experiencing saddness around her marriage not working out, she was devestated that The Family life she dreamt of was crumbling right in front of her eyes. She was loosing her selfworth and loosing respect for herself. I was loosing hope that I wasn’t Loveable, I wasn’t good enough for that type of love.

When in all reality, I just wasn’t with the King that I was meant to have in my life. The One who would love me, who wanted to create a life with me and the one who wanted to have adventures with me.

The women on the right, has healed from her sorrows with divorce and The image she had for her failures around it. The negative self worth conversations, she has learned to Love her self first so she can love her Family and friends more fully. To see them through the eyes of higher power, in their greatness and divine gifts.

As I write this post I notice How sometimes I disassociate myself from affirming the journey I have been on. I have grown so much in the last 10 years of my life. And I’m excited to see what The Universe has in stored for me in The next chapter.
