Apparently, Governor Joe Lombardo has up to 20 days he can call for a special session to vote on missed bills from , so "could" live, if so we recommend our Universal Bill! It may be a long shot but this might explain the lack of official response today but with everything going against the bill, our Universal Version of AB238 could be the game changer to guarantee it passes to benefit all Nevadans!

With the news of bill making its way to the senate for final vote, we wanted to share our version that would have presented an approach for a universal film tax credit bill and what could have been. Both have their strengths and weaknesses but both share a goal of building new film and media infrastructure in ! We can only hope that there may still be time to work in some elements to satisfy both approaches as the legislative session comes to a close in the coming days.
