It is with heavy hearts that we mourn the passing of Jay “Lady Jay” Davis, a true Nevada broadcasting legend.

For more than 40 years, Jay entertained, informed, and inspired audiences as an on-air personality, program director, talk show host, comedian, and founder of Lady Jayz Stream. Her passion for radio and unwavering dedication to the industry earned her induction into the Nevada Broadcasters Hall of Fame in 2006.

Lady Jay’s voice, talent, and larger-than-life personality touched countless lives and helped shape Nevada broadcasting for generations.

Our heartfelt condolences go out to her family, friends, colleagues, and listeners. She will be deeply missed, but her legacy will live on through the many lives she touched.

It It is with a heavy heart and deep sadness that we announce the passing of Karen Wong.
Karen was inducted into the Broadcasting Hall of Fame in 2017 and was a cherished member of Nevada’s broadcasting community. Her contributions, friendship, and lasting impact on our industry will not be forgotten.
She will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her. We extend our heartfelt condolences to her family, friends, colleagues, and all who mourn her passing.

Nevada says goodbye to a dedicated broadcaster and good friend. Dorothy Virginia Lee Canfield began a carrier with KLAS TV Channel 8 on June 26, 1972. She began her broadcast career as bookkeeper and progressed through the ranks of business office to chief accountant, assistant controller, controller and business manager. Through all the years, Virginia dedicated herself to making KLAS the quality station it is today. She will be sorely missed.
