Since making the decision to host our podcast in-person (at the beginning of 2024) we have experienced these things:

1. A more efficient process for actually recording the interviews (we batch 6-8 episodes every film session)

2. An increase in the amount and caliber of people who want to join us on the show (pretty exciting)

3. Deeper connections with the guests of the show and introductions made thereafter (building our relationship capital)

We can’t wait to do more of these episodes in the coming weeks.
