Is it the revenue? The client list? The high rise office?

Sure, but at the root of it all, it’s always the people.

Let me introduce you to J.T, Brent and Drew, the dynamic leadership trio of Four Moon Productions.

These guys are deeply invested in not only a phenomenal audio visual company that provides a people-first approach for their clients, but equally important, they insist on an exceptional internal work environment for anyone who wears the Four Moon logo.

Recently in Las Vegas, the Four Moon Productions team partnered once again with Great Place To Work for their annual For All Summit.

In addition to the Four Moon leadership team being together in one place, one of our favorite moments of the week was when Global CEO, Michael Bush, invited a huge group of Resorts World Las Vegas employees onstage to recognize them for their outstanding customer service and dedication to their work.

From the registration desk employees to the security team to the catering crew and everyone in between, every single person makes a difference.

Our time in Vegas is a wonderful reminder that when leadership is top notch, greatness trickles down to the whole team.

The Four Moon family is so proud of our COO, Brent Sedlacek and one of our original freelancers, Chance Bex, who recently crushed it in the Houston endurance competition!

In just 1 hour and 20 minutes, the guys saw all of their months of hard work paying off. Hitting the gym before early crew calls, maintaining a proper diet and ensuring they get quality sleep is NO easy task in the life of working corporate events.

To make it even more memorable, their good buddies and fellow “Four Moon’ers,” Geoff Huey and Josh Thompson, traveled to Houston to cheer them on!

Brent and Chance are an inspiration to us all and a great reminder to take care of ourselves at home and on the road.
