BTS lit up the Busan sky with 1,000 drones and it was straight-up magical ๐Ÿ’œ

Busan went all out for BTS this weekend. On both June 12 and 13, right at 10 PM, 1,000 drones took over the sky above Gwangalli Beach and the glowing Gwangan Bridge. It was part of the official BTS THE CITY ARIRANG festival tied to their Arirang World Tour stop in Busan.

The drones didnโ€™t just fly around โ€” they told a whole story. They formed the faces of all seven members, spelled out โ€œHELLO ARMY,โ€ and created these beautiful pixel-art moments synced to songs like Mikrokosmos, Magic Shop, and tracks from the new album. People on the beach were losing it. It felt like the whole city was throwing BTS the biggest welcome-home party.

And yeah, June 13 hit different. That was BTSโ€™s 13th debut anniversary, so the drone show on night two felt extra special โ€” like Busan was celebrating right along with ARMY all over the world.

Even if you couldnโ€™t be there in person, a ton of fans got to experience the full Busan concert through official live viewings in theaters across the country. Pretty cool that we could all feel part of it together.
